Abstract

In this article the author discusses six genre anthologies: three of poetry and the same number of Romanian prose. They were published by Ukrainians between the years 1970 to 1985 – the most active period of occurrence in the Ukrainian literary space the artworks created in the Republic of Moldova in the second half of the twentieth century. The author demonstrates the real contribution of these collections to the creation of a comprehensive image of the Romanian lyrical and epic genre situated in the form of reception. At the same time, the Ukrainian translators and the critical act from both countries in the development and promotion of the anthologies are shown.
