Abstract

By constructing dynamic equations including polarons, singlet bipolarons and triplet bipolarons, we calculate triplet bipolarons dependent magnetoconductance (MC). It is indicated that MC can be changed by tuning the density of triplet bipolaron. And a reversal sign of MC at ultrasmall (1–2mT) is obtained due to interplay of hyperfine and exchange interactions in polaron pairs. Moreover, the theoretical calculations are well consistent with the experimental results.
