Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the role of the school administration in enhancing the citizenship of secondary school students from the point of view of the teachers and the effect of the variable number of years of experience on their perspective, using the descriptive descriptive method. The research community from all the secondary stage teachers in the governorate of Qawaiya 1436 AH - (502) teachers. And a random sample of secondary school teachers (150) teachers distributed a questionnaire of (42); and statistical processing program (SPSS); the results showed that the role of the school administration in the promotion of citizenship among students in secondary schools in Quweia governorate, (3.63) of the (5) degree, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the views of secondary school teachers on the role of school administration in promoting female students' citizenship due to years of experience.In light of the results of the research, a number of recommendations were presented to enhance the spirit of citizenship and national belonging among high school students.
