Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to meticulously examine the role of the pedagogue in the administration of non-school spaces and elucidate how such management can potentiate teaching practice through the implementation of educational projects. This study, of a theoretical nature, is based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The investigation was conducted by consulting the databases of the indexers SciELO Brazil and Google Scholar, providing a comprehensive and updated overview of the topic. The role of the pedagogue in non-school contexts is vast and diversified, encompassing the management, coordination, planning, and evaluation of educational activities. This professional is of utmost importance for the development of informal education, with his performance being essential for the organization, planning, evaluation, and training of educators in non-school environments. With this study, it is aimed to provide valuable perceptions and significant contributions to pedagogues, teachers, and educational managers, assisting them in their professional practices.
