Abstract

The patient occupies a central place in the quality management system of the Federal Center for Traumatology, Orthopedics and Endoprosthetics in the city of Cheboksary, the goal of which is to constantly improve patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care, including at the rehabilitation stage. The article outlines the leading role of the nurse in medical rehabilitation at all stages of medical rehabilitation in the Federal State Budgetary Institution «FCTOE» of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia (Cheboksary). A description of organizational technologies used in medical rehabilitation by nursing staff is provided.
