Abstract

The study defines the role of the head in creating the socio-psychological climate of the collective of an educational organization and develops recommendations for creating a favorable socio-psychological climate in the collective of an educational organization. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the head can play an important role in creating a socio-psychological climate of the collective of an educational organization. In a study involving 100 people aged 22 to 50 years, who are employees of the psychological and educational service, the following methods were used: analysis of the literature on the research problem, analysis of statistical data on the subject of the study. As a result of the study, it was revealed that there is a positive tendency for the head to change the usual leadership style as a factor that improves the socio-psychological climate of the staff of an educational.
