Abstract
We have calculated the full virtual and soft radiative corrections to the two-photon reaction e +e − → e +e −X with X a pointlike pseudoscalar particle. We find that the effect of the five-point functions from the exchange of an extra photon between the electron and the positron is negligible. This implies that this class of graphs can be ignored in all two-photon reactions.
