Abstract

The Bani Buyid era witnessed significant social and economic changes as poverty and insecurity increased among most people. This resulted in the emergence of some movements that caused turmoil and disorder in society, the most prominent of which in Iraq was the movement of bullets. Most of the caliber historians labeled thievery, love of chaos, and corruption. Their appearance is the result of political chaos, social injustice, and economic exploitation. The Banu Buwayh were far from the culture in general and the Arab culture, and they only quote it in their succeeding generations. The author conducts library research in discussing history, which begins with the collection of historical documents. After verification, the interpretation is carried out, and it is hoped that it will give birth to a new picture and dimension in this article. Then rewriting the history of the Bani Buwaih was done. The view was obtained when Moez al-Dawla came to Baghdad and its king, he needed to translate the words of the Minister Ali bin Issa, and the names of the Buyids remained Persian (such as Khusraw, Rustum, Fayrouz, and Kaligar). He used to sit with them and oppose them on issues. Hence, scholars from every country intended him and classified books for him, including "clarification and completion" in grammar by Abu Ali Al-Farsi and "Al-Maliki in Medicine" by Abu Al-Abbas Al-Majusi and "Al-Taji in History" by Abu Ishaq Al-Sabi. And it gives poets and influences the sitting of writers on the admirers of princes, and it was intended by the poets, including Abu al-Tayyib al-Mutanabi, who came to him in Shiraz in 354 AH. In the year 369, A.H. Al-Khald Palace in Baghdad and the building of Bimaristan in Shiraz, his and his entourage had famous books in Baghdad, Shiraz, Al-Rai, and Asbahan.
