Abstract
The article analyzes the possibilities of using the potential of technological platforms for innovation development of Ukraine, the experience of European countries in the creation of such platforms is highlighted. According to the European Research Advisory Board, technological platforms are one of the initiatives aimed at strengthening the innovation potential of Europe and ensuring the efficiency of investment in research. The technological platform is understood as a communicative tool aimed at mobilizing the efforts of stakeholders of the innovation development of the region in a specific sectoral direction, is a voluntary, self-financed, self-governing association of enterprises and organizations. The technology platform should represent cross-sectoral trends and priorities, rather than isolated isolated technologies. At the same time, technological platforms are one of the tools of such interaction as a modern model for the integration of all participants in the innovation process, aimed at realization of national priorities of scientific and technological development, strengthening of scientific and production relations and intensification of the development, production and introduction of high-tech competitive products. The mechanisms and instruments of innovation development of European countries according to the first technology platform of the EU - ACARE are also considered. The influence of technological platforms on the implementation of innovation potential and the preconditions for their use in Ukraine is researched. The necessity of such an instrument is proved, domestic experience of creation of technological platforms and obstacles and prospects of their development are analyzed. On the basis of the adaptation of European experience, the peculiarities of functioning of the first Ukrainian national technological platform "Agroprovodchha" were analyzed, its role in strengthening of cooperative ties to the international level was researched. The creation of technology platforms "Waste and Ecology" and the International Technology Platform "Energy Efficiency and Resource Saving" were proposed.
