Abstract

The current research to know the role of strategic flexibility in achieving organizational excellence, and strategic flexibility consisted of three dimensions (productive flexibility, market flexibility, competitive flexibility), while the dimensions of organizational excellence were represented by four dimensions (leadership excellence, subordinate excellence, organizational structure excellence, organizational culture excellence) The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the research sample consisted of (52) individuals working in Korek Company, and the researchers used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection and analysis, and the results were extracted based on the statistical program (SPSS), and the research reached the most important results The management of Korek Company has various strategic options through which it seizes opportunities and identify its competitors and the most important recommendation for the need for attention The company has strategic flexibility by having a flexible organizational structure and distinguished leaders capable of predicting future events and dealing with them well, which in turn indicates the improvement of the company's reputation and survival.
