Abstract

The study aimed to discover the role of school administration in solving behavioral students' problems among preparatory school students in the Arab sector within the Green Line from the teachers' point of view, and its relationship the with development of their social behaviors. A descriptive correlational methodology was used through the role of school administration in solving behavioral students' problems questionnaire, which consisted of (25) items, and the social behaviors questionnaire, which included (25) items. Their validity and reliability indications were confirmed. The sample consisted of (346) teachers. Results indicated that the degree of the role of school administration in solving behavioral students' problems and social behaviors by students' were moderate; A statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of the role of school administration in solving behavioral students' problems and the development of their social behaviors with students'.
