Abstract

In the authors’ opinion, religion and confessional affiliation can and must act as a deterrent to taking psychoactive substances and thus become a significant resource in preventing various deviant behaviors. The role of religious institutions in drug interdiction is based on an analysis of special literature and expert opinions.
