Abstract
The paper is about the conceptual analysis and description of PE in developing countries. In doing so first the paper in its introductory part briefly explained the concept and reason why firms in emerging market look for PE. After that the study offered the historical development of PE in emerging markets. Then after a brief look at the impact of PE in developing countries, in the subsequent section the study discussed the risks for PE in developing markets. Then the paper presented the new approach that should be followed in order to make PE investment in emerging countries successful.
