Abstract
Online media is based on the development of network technology and the needs of society and plays an increasingly important role in our lives. Most current studies on online media and public opinion are highly generalized and summarised analyses of social phenomena, with few studies combining the whole case with analysis. The research in this paper adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing the role of social media in various aspects of public opinion through a step-by-step analysis of the development of public opinion and the comments made by the public-on-public opinion in the media. Perhaps it can provide a new research idea for subsequent related studies.
