Abstract
Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the development and progression of many diseases.In recent years, many studies showed that lncRNA PVT1 may be involved in many biological processes of tumor, asthma and other inflammatory disease.It is closely related with the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of various tumors.Thus, it has potential clinical value.This article reviews the roles and clinical applications of lncRNA PVT1 in various diseases.
