role of learning resource centers in supporting the educationalprocess in the Arab world: a scientific review.The review of intellectual production aimed at researching the intellectualproduction published on the topic The role of learning resource centers insupporting the educational process in the Arab world. This review presented themost important findings of intellectual production at the Arab and internationallevel on the topic in the electronic or printed form. To clarify the total and partialrelationship of the studies he reviews, and to treat each study a new idea, worthyof reading and review, and having a close relationship with the research topic.The most important results of this review were: Insufficient resources and financial allocations to transform libraries intoresource centers for learning, and the lack of representation of libraries inplanning committees and major forums to support them and turn them intoa resource center for learning. strongest justification for changing the name of school libraries intolearning resource centers is the process of integrating school libraries witheducational aids, given that both information sources and educational aidsare sources of learning, and the factors that lead to increasing theeffectiveness of the learning resource center are the most important ofwhich are: qualified workers, the appropriate building and materialfacilities, and the budget Of the center, and the availability of informationsources of all kinds and forms. Librarians face many obstacles due to the lack of a job description that fitstheir work in the LRC, which results in the absence of qualified staff as aspecialist in LRC.
