Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the important and influential concepts in the history of political thought is known to be the notion of ‘justice’ which has always been regarded as one of the highest goals of the social system among scholars of the field of public law and political philosophy. The concept of justice has become the era of the history of thought, and the experts of different fields of thought have presented various definitions for it. As one of the most important aspects of justice is justice in the social sphere and especially in the field of public law and considering that the most important aspect of the government is the drafting of the best laws for improving the social life of citizens, the necessity of examining the relationship between justice and law and, in other words, the role of justice is of importance to formulate and enforce law. This paper tries to explain the interrelationship between justice and law in the first place by the descriptive-analytical method.
