Abstract

Justice is most important thing in life of human being especially Muslims and it is one thing that can solve the problem of society. So, this paper critically examines the roles, Implementation and conception of justice in Islam, as there various conception of justice in the history. For instance, David Hume, Aristotle, Jermy Bentham, Karl Marx and Salmond etc. It also analyses the position and important of justice in practice of religion. Similarly the procedural of justice in Western and Islamic perspective critically explain in a manner way. Moreover, the comparison between western and Islamic justice also discussed.
