Abstract

The article deals with the issues of maintaining sustainability and business continuity in the face of changing exchange rates, changing partners, changes in legislation, disruption of contracts, changes in distribution channels. The author reveals the role of the ISO 22301 "Business Continuity Management Systems" standard in the organization's management system and the impact of the document on the sustainability of companies. The issues of introducing a business continuity management system (BCMS) are considered and points are established that contribute to improving the efficiency of this system.
