Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of language interference cases shown by learners who study a foreign language. The paper considers the phenomenon of interlingual and intralingual interference, analyses the types and sources of interference phenomena. The paper also provides examples of interlingual and intralingual interference influence obtained in terms of pedagogical observation at the Foreign Languages Center for Children at Saint Petersburg State University.
