Abstract

Abstract The objective of this paper was to summarize the available evidence on how telehealth access and utilization changed for minority groups during the COVID-19 public health emergency. We planned to complete this objective by conducting a systematic review, with a focus on health equity. Our secondary objective was to understand which dimensions of minority status were frequently measured in telehealth studies during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how variation in the experiences of these groups contributed to health equity.
