Abstract

Elevated dopamine synthesis capacity is associated with psychosis. However, it remains unknown if dopaminergic alterations underlie genetic risk for psychosis or are linked to glutamatergic-GABAergic imbalance. We investigated this in clinical and preclinical studies.
