Abstract
The investigation of 82 families of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) was performed. APS was diagnosed in 1st-degree relatives and woman more frequently. Minor features of APS were revealed in half of relatives, lupus anticoagulant (LA) — in a third of them. If person has APS in family anamnesis, minor features of APS or (and) LA, pre-APS can be diagnosed and primary prevention of thrombosis can be conducted.

При наличии АФС в семейном анамнезе, малых проявлений АФС и (или) ВА возможно выделение пре-АФС и проведение первичной профилактики тромбозов. Наряду с основными признаками АФС — тромбозами и АП выделяют дополнительные, или малые: сетчатое ливедо, поражение клапанного аппарата сердца, трофические язвы, неврологические проявления (мигрень, эпилептический синдром, хорея, поперечный миелит), тромбоцитопению и гемолитическую анемию [8,9,10]. Однако семейные исследования АФС немногочисленны, и распространенность малых проявлений в семьях больных АФС не изучена. Требуют уточнения и систематизации данные о формах наследования и распространенности АФЛ, АФС среди родственников больных, взаимосвязи семейного анамнеза с.
