Abstract

The competitiveness of enterprises is determined not only by the modern technical base, innovative technological processes, but above all by the level of development of human capital, which is primarily associated with human education. Therefore, investments in the development of human capital, that is, in increasing the educational level of an employee in an organization, lead to an increase in labor productivity, and, consequently, to an increase in the efficiency of the organization. The article notes that the rapid development of scientific and technological progress makes significant changes in the structure of jobs and workers must be ready to adapt to changes. One of the most important characteristics of the modern workforce is its flexibility, which manifests itself in the fact that the employee must strive to develop professional skills on an ongoing basis.
