Abstract

This study aims to fill a research gap that previous researchers have never researched regarding knowledge sharing improvement by human resources in organizations through increased confidence in knowledge and psychological safety. This study also provides theoretical contributions to the importance of consideration leadership in increasing confidence in knowledge and psychological safety to improve knowledge sharing. The research used the survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 civil servants in all offices/agencies in Demak, Central Java. The researcher analyzed the data by testing structural equational modelling (SEM) and using the variance (partial least square) approach. Further, the data processed by the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the knowledge sharing of human resources in the organization could be improved by increasing confidence in knowledge and psychological safety. Furthermore, the increased confidence in knowledge and psychological safety can be influenced by consideration leadership.
