Abstract
There are many factors that affect project outcomes. Communication is the one of key factors of project success, as it plays a significant role in project planning and executing. Communication not only provides information to other people, but it also can indicate the success or failure of a project. This paper introduces communication and how it relates to project planning, executing, and how it influences the project. It is clear that more research can be performed on the most current variables, concepts, and models within project management. The absence of such research can be detrimental to the field. This paper studies the variables, their concepts, and models in project management and procedures. As a result, an assessment model is created that can greatly contribute to the engineering field. This model can ensure more successful projects and better communication within teams. This study's findings and discussion contribute to the fields of industrial engineering, engineering management, and project management.
