Abstract
Through the prism of biographical and cultural-historical aspects, for the first time, the peculiarities of forming the author's voice of an outstanding Ukrainian writer of the executed renaissance era Mykhailo Drai-Khmara are justified in the paper. The maximum optimization of the study of the entire heritage of the artist, including the worldview, biography, relationships with the cultural environment, as well as the influence of strong-willed qualities, imagination and talent of the artist as the performer of the work on the components of the artistic text are found out.Keywords: author's voice, poetics, worldview, artistic system, spiritual model, cultural space.
