Abstract
Today, the issue of financial financing is one of the important issues that every company faces in some way. Considering that the title of the article is "Investigating the role of bank loans and their effects on the development of production capacities of industrial companies in Herat province", the important issue that is raised in this regard is how banks lend to industrial companies and the effects of these loans on the level of activity (production capacity) of these companies in the market. Considering this issue that bank lending is done in different ways and industrial companies decide to take bank loans in different ways, having this issue that these loans have what effects on the level of production capacity of these companies is the main goal of this research. Therefore, using inferential and descriptive statistics (descriptive method) with the aim of applied research, this research is based on the findings of field research and is analyzed, which shows that each of the components of the research and the degree of influence of bank loans on them can be said that bank loans are effective on the production capacities in companies, especially industrial companies in Herat province, which use bank loans as a source of financing, but they are not very effective because in the current situation no one uses bank loans extensively and as a fixed source of financing for starting investments. They are not willing to start working in this way and for this purpose, bank loans do not have a significant effect on the production capacities and development of technology, creativity, and technical skills in the industrial company of Herat province, but it is possible to provide more facilities and better conditions for investors. Regarding the advantages and effectiveness of financing from loans in various sectors, especially in the private sector and production companies in Herat province, the role of it can be distinguished and valued.
