Abstract
Objective To study the effects of KATP in isoflurane preconditioning by Langcndorff apparatus. Methods Thirty-slx isolated SD rat hearts were randomly divided into six groups: IR,Glib,5-HD,lsoP,Glib + lsoP and 5-HD + IsoP group after equilibra-tion. LVEDP, LVDP, ± dp/dtmax were recorded and the survival areas of myocardium were measured. Results The recovery rate of function index in Glib+IsoP and IR groups were lower than lsop group (P 0.05 ). There was no significangtly difference on the percentages of survival areas of myocardium between Glib+lsoP, 5-HD+lsoP groups and IR group ( P>0.05 ), but all lower than IsoP group ( P<0.01 ). Conclusion The opening of MitoKATP and SarcKATP plays a very important role in isoflurane preconditioned myocardioprotection. Key words: isoflurane; preconditioning; myocardioprotection; IP; KATP
