Abstract

Today, issues of preserving traditional values are considered much more broadly than simply declaring the need to strengthen them as a certain cultural component; they are perceived as strategically important and relevant, and perhaps even equal to the national security of the Russian Federation. Moreover, this topic, which at first glance lies in the plane of public law, directly affects and affects private law relations. The imperative notarial form for almost many transactions within the framework of marriage and family relations emphasizes the special important place that the notary occupies in the support and execution of such transactions and, which may not lie on the surface at first glance, the role that he plays precisely in implementation of traditional values.
