Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of human resource competence and technology on business continuity by moderating competitive advantage variables. One of the keys to increasing the sustainability of a business is to drive the pace of competitive advantage for a company so that it can compete at the local, national and global levels. The analytical tool used in this research is smart PLS analysis. The population in the study were 95 laundry UKM business actors in Denpasar City. The results showed that the sustainability of MSME Laundry could be improved in line with increased resource competence and technological capacity. Competitive advantage has succeeded in moderating the influence of resource competence and technological capacity on the sustainability of the SME laundry business in Denpasar.
