Abstract

The work of Zhang et al. describes a method for 3D-printing a triboelectric generator composed of silk fibroin (SF) and a conductive core of carbon nanotubes (CNT). The resulting SF@CNT fibers offer a roadmap toward energy harvesting fabrics within E-textiles.
