Abstract

The right of the individual to environmental protection: a case study of Nigeria considers whether this right of the individual has been adequately secured. It describes the provision for environmental protection in Nigeria and the circumstances under which individual rights cease to be effective or where enforcement has proved ineffective at controlling pollution.
