Abstract

Fractured anterior teeth were restored with a fissure sealant resin and a composite restorative material. A fissure sealant resin and a composite restorative material were used to restore 115 fractured anterior teeth. They were evaluated from 9 to 21 months; 92 restorations are still intact. Losses were attributed to faulty technique, traumatic occlusion, biting hard objects, and trauma. An 80% success rate was achieved.
