Abstract

Photoluminescence and photoconductivity measurements have been carried out in InSe at low temperature. The nature of the radiative recombination processes is associated to the three-dimensional free exciton and to a direct exciton bound to a neutral donor. The photocurrent spectra, if compared with the photoluminescence results, given in evidence for the resonant nature of the direct free exciton in InSe.
