Abstract

The housing policy of South Korea has changed to focus on the rental housing, research topics on rental housing are also making a change. This study verified the research trends regarding rental housing in recent 10 years by network analysis. This study analysed networks among 1,372 guide words of 490 studies, and it shows that the words connected each other within 4.48 steps on average. This means studies on rental housing have ‘narrow structure’ than other fields of study. At the keyword frequency analysis, ‘living satisfaction’ and ‘housing policy’ show high frequency. However, at the centrality analysis, ‘housing welfare’ is located in the center connecting otherkey words. At Ego-Network Analysis, the studies on low income group supporting system establish networks.
