Abstract
Fetuin A is a kind of glycoprotein that is synthesized and secreted by the liver. It is a natural inhibitor of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase, which is involved in the formation of insulin resistance. It is closely related to the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This paper reviews the related research on effect of fetuin A in the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Key words: alpha-fetoproteins; Fatty liver; Review
