Abstract
With the progress in gene function, gene modification has become the main method of gene functional research. Gene modification is divided into homologous recombination, RNA interference and gene editing according to different principles. Among them, gene editing is widely concerned by the scientific community for its capacity to induce specific genome DNA mutation and build simple, high specificity and thus, is suitable for all kinds of plants and animals.
