Abstract

In response to school needs and state requirements, the Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) grant team at the University of Northern Colorado redesigned the two one-credit requisite educational technology courses for the undergraduate teacher preparation programs. The first course, Technology in Education (ET200), equips pre-service teachers with basic computer and software-tool skills. The second requisite course, Educational Technology Applications (ET300), instructs pre-service teachers in the concepts of technology integration. The study examined the state of concern about technology integration of pre-service teachers with their educational technology courses.
