The Research on the Integrated Training of Outstanding Teachers of Primary Schools in Rural Areas of Guangxi before and after Post

Abstract

With the transformation of society, people's demand for quality education is becoming stronger and stronger. Since Guangxi rural education is weak, it is necessary to explore the integrated training of outstanding teachers in Guangxi rural primary schools before and after the post, so as to meet the increasing demand for quality education. This paper aims at analyzing the essence of integrated pre-service and post-service training of outstanding teachers in rural primary schools in Guangxi, finding out the problems existing in integrated training of outstanding teachers in rural areas in Guangxi, and putting forward corresponding countermeasures.
