Abstract
the relief valve in the hydraulic support is one of three control regulating elements, the performance of a valve has an impact on the hydraulic support strength and safety coefficient. In order to better control hydraulic support system pressure, we design a new type of large relief valve, it includes the general flow valve and big flow valve in one body. This paper introduces the big flow relief valve structure and working principle. Use the AMESim software to model the big relief valve. First we analysis the dynamic characteristics of the E-style structure, then analysis the influence factor of the differential relief valve. We obtain that valve core quality, differential area and the damp coefficient have effect on its dynamic characteristics. It provides theoretical basis for the valve design.
