Abstract
Analysis of China's highway network construction and operation of the status quo, described the building of roads and road management and disposal of the emergency service system needs fundamental and underlying reasons. This article discusses the road with the emergency management system on the basis of technical platform and the core content of the request; analysis of the system has to go through the process of building an important part of a study on the regional highway network integration and the need to run the feasibility.
