Abstract

In the perspective of organizational behavior, the main point of this paper was conflict resolution strategy of the supply chain. Thomas two-dimensional conflict resolution model was introduced into the supply chain conflict resolution, and increased the consideration for the overall supply chain interests, so that three-dimensional conflict resolution model came into being. The paper explained nine kinds(five categories) of conflict resolution strategies, and finally gave a few suggestions based on this model.
