Abstract

Objective To investigate the oral cavity in patients with severe COPD and the dynamic changes of pH values of pH,and oral fungal infection oral care to find effective methods to reduce the incidence of oral fungal infections.Methods A total of 66 patients with severe COPD patients with oral pH values were tested.And oral pH value anomalies,50 patients were randomly divided into control group (25 cases) and experimental group (25 cages),were in the morning,before lunch and before dinner,sleep the first four time points meaBursd before the oral care and oral pH values and assessed.Control group with normal saline for oral care and oral rinse.Experimental group (25 cases) application of sodium bicarbonate salt for oral care system of enzymes and application of saline sad STZ-chip dubbed the mouthwash rinse.Observation of dynamic changes of oral pH,and oral fungal infection of the relationship between the effects of oral care compared two groups.Results The results of oral pH in patients with severe COPD was 83.33% value anomalies,oral pH values in the acidic condition(pH value of oral 4.26~5.50) pH value anomalies and oral fungal infections had a certain correlation in the experimental group after the oral care and oral pH,the more control group,oral fungal infection were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01) Conclusions Sodium bicarbonate salt for oral care and the use of saline and the system of enzymes STZ film dubbing in the mouthwash are able to correct the effect of oral rinse pH value anomalies and prevent oral fuagal infections.
