Abstract

Research on energy storage technology and intelligent control strategies, is the main research trend of "green" strategic of electric traction technology under the new energy policy in the new century. It could help to achieve improvement on performance and quality of rail transport. Based on the dynamic performance design requirements of the target vehicle, this paper puts forward a set of hybrid power system which adapts to match schemes and energy control strategy in areas without electricity of power batteries and super capacitors in different working conditions. The test results of dynamic performance and energy control strategy show that the hybrid system satisfies the requirements of security and dynamic performance of the target vehicle, and also ensures higher energy use efficiency.
