International discharge pressure and domestic environment pressure become hard constraints to develop low carbon economy in China, together with time space compression Under the background of economic globalization, internationalization, information, China's urbanization process is facing an extremely complicated internal and external environment, urbanization has become the focus of the structural contradiction and rendezvous point about social economic development. Due to Industrialization and heavy industry as the leading industry structure, the excessive dependence on energy resources restricted Suzhou's economic development and the future of integrated competition ability. To chooses Suzhou as a low carbon economy development research base, this research will explore the approach and feasible scheme developing low-carbon economy to offer draw lessons from experience for the other city, and lay a good foundation of low carbon economic development in city.
