Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of early enteral nutrition support. Methods Sixty cases with gastrointestinal tumor resection patients in our hospital were divided into early enteral nutrition group(EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) group. Two groups of nutrition indicators,the recovery of intestinal function,complications rates were compared. Results Postoperative nutrition indicators had no significant difference, but the EN group had the earlier recovery of intestinal function, the low rate of complications, little hospitalization time. Conclusions Early postoperative EN treatment can reduce the complication rate,hospitalization time,which is a simple,safe and economical method.
