Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the capacity of high-power power electronic conversion equipment is increasing. The growth rate of current carrying capacity of power electronic converter is lower than that of capacity of high-power power electronic converter. Therefore, the parallel technology of power electronic devices is gradually emerging. In this paper, a double MOSFET parallel technology is proposed, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation. The scheme can be used in the internal control power supply of power electronic conversion equipment such as driver to realize reliable operation without external control power supply.
