Abstract
One goal of image quality metrics is to predict human judgments of the difference between image pairs. The analysis of color image quality usually includes three aspects: color difference, sharpness, contrast. The calculating of color difference has been put forward, S-CIELAB has already been used to calculate color difference. In order to measure the sharpness difference and contrast difference of digital color image pairs, a new framework of color image quality metrics is constructed on the basis of CIE color difference metrics.
