Abstract

Objective To study the application effects of evidence -based nursing in patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods Totaled of 142 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into experimental group ( 71cases ) and the control group (71cases).The experimental group adopted evidence-based nursing, and the control group adopted the routine nursing.Results In the experimental group, the length of stay and disease median response time was respectively 8 ±1.27 and 1.5 ±1.27days, health knowledge success rate and service satisfaction rate was respectively 90.14%and 91.55%;in control group the length of stay rate and disease median response time was respectively 14 ±3.46 and 4.5 ±2.87days, knowledge success rate and service satisfaction rate was respectively 69.01%and 70.42%, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05) .Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with bronchial asthma can reduce length of stay rate and disease median response time, promote the knowledge success rate and service satisfaction rate.
